ACRO
Acrobats are different feats of balance, agility, coordination, contortion, aerial and ground skills. It is a performing sport that incorporates gymnastics, dance and flexibility.

Ballet
Teaches a young dancer good posture, discipline of a healthy mind and a better understanding of how to achieve precise movement.. It is essential for good dance training and will enhance all other dance forms.

Cecchetti Ballet Exams
Professional and registered exams. These exams start at pre-grade one level and up. Your child can receive 2 to 4 external art credits from passing their Cecchetti Ballet exam for high school graduation. Your school counsellor has all the details regarding external dance credits.

Jazz
Jazz has many faces from stylized, Latin to funky. Jazz improves flexibility and strength. Our teachers are constantly upgrading the latest steps from New York to L.A.

Hip Hop
0ld and new school! You too can learn these popular dance moves you see on your favourite dance videos.

Tap
Tap has been a part of dance history for decades. It is still popular in Broadway Musicals, television and dance companies such as Tap Dogs and Stomp. Your child will be excited hearing the sounds and rhythms they are making with their feet.

Musical Theatre
Your chance to learn some "show stopping" song and Dance routines from some great Broadway musicals. You will receive vocal training, scene setting, dance instruction and an opportunity to perform on stage. Age 7 years and up.

Pre-School Program
Designed with our 'little show stoppers' in mind. BOYS and girls ages 3-5 will enjoy fun and the interaction with their teacher and classmates. Our little 'hoofers' will show off their dance skills in 1 local Canadian competition and will be the highlight of our year-end recital. Featuring our popular "5 year old COMBO CLASSES" Tap/Jazz or Ballet/Jazz.

Competitive "A" Program
For the younger student who wants to try a little bit of everything. Requires a minimum of 1 class weekly and will participate in 2 local Canadian competitions, perform in our year-end recital and possibly community events.

Competitive "B" Program
This program is tailored for students who wish to upgrade their technical dance skills. It requires a minimum of 2 dance classes weekly. Students will participate in 2 local Canadian competitions throughout the year, in addition to our year-end recital and possible community performance.

Non-competitive
This is for students just starting out or who just want to have fun and dance. Students come weekly, classes are 1 hour. They will learn technique and one dance routine to perform at our year-end recital and community events.

Technical Program
These classes are designed to teach dance technique in ballet and jazz only. There is no choreography or performance. We stress that all students work at their own pace in this program.
